We experience stress, but are afraid to acknowledge it or even talk about it

In a generation where stress has become more and more prominent and the way we portray ourselves in society is more important than ever. We tend to forget our own wellbeing. Always working hard, being present on social media, following a good study and making plans for the future. We constantly want to perform better to keep ourselves and others satisfied. But do you hit the brakes on time? Or do you just keep going? In stressing about stress you’ll step into an interactive installation where you get to see and experience what it does to your brain when stress takes over as the driving force in your life.
