Op natuur-avontuur (Nature-adventure)

‘Op natuur-avontuur’/ ‘Nature-adventure’ is a visual guide formed as a book which stimulates children to go exploring in the Austrian Alps. Creator Ivette van Es knows all too well how exhausting hiking in the mountains can be for younger children when they don’t have a choice of whether to go with their parents or not.

She created this book mainly for these children experiencing this challenge and their parents, filled with recognizable illustrations of the plants and animals in the different landscapes that they can find during their hike. There is also room to write down and draw all the adventures and experiences they make along the way. The book is also filled with interesting fun facts about all the pictured plants and animals. This way hiking will be one big adventure!
