Modifying Moods

For me, like many others, clothing is an important way to express myself. At different times you may want to present yourself differently. That means a different appearance and, therefore, a different outfit. This project presents a garment with multiple possibilities. This design can be adjusted with small parts called haberdasheries. By sliding, attaching, and disconnecting, new shapes are constantly created. This way, you can fulfil multiple needs with one item of clothing. Practical and fashionable needs. The clothing industry is one of the most polluting industries, and that needs to change. This project shows a way to use clothing in a more sustainable way. Customizability and personalization are emerging trends that I find very interesting. I believe that adjustable clothing is the future of the fashion world. This project demonstrates an outcome of that.
